My name is Briana. I'm 5' 3" and I have lost 72 pounds and counting over the course of the last 13 months. I follow a strict rule of thumb: eat healthy and exercise. I don’t support unhealthy weight loss efforts, nor will I condone them.
I am on this journey to love my body as much as I love myself.
